At Timberline Survival Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality survival and preparedness products you can trust. Please review our detailed return policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns for Non-Damaged Items

If you need to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee may apply for certain items.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your support email] with your order details. Survive-N-Thrive reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 business days of our receiving your return.

 
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, ReadyWise will handle the return and replacement process.

  • Contact ReadyWise customer support at 801-335-0345 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM MST or email us at corporate@readywise.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details.

  • ReadyWise will arrange for a replacement or refund as per their policy.

After a return is initiated with our return department:

  • Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

  • Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.

Order Cancellations

Since all orders are manually processed, cancellations must be requested before the order is submitted for processing.

  • Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before processing begins.

  • Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at [your support email] with your order number as soon as possible.

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
