Returns for Non-Damaged Items
If you need to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee may apply for certain items.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at timberlinesurvivalco@gmail.com with your order details. Timberline Survival Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returned items for non-damaged returns are sent directly to Timberline Survival Co., not to the fulfillment center.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving your return.
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Timberline Survival Co. first. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.

Email us at timberlinesurvivalco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will review your request and coordinate with the fulfillment representative or supplier (e.g., ReadyWise) as needed to arrange a replacement or refund.

After a return is initiated:

Return the item to the address provided by Timberline Survival Co.

Keep your shipping records as proof in case the returned merchandise is lost.

Order Cancellations
Since all orders are manually processed, cancellations must be requested before the order is submitted for processing.

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email us at timberlinesurvivalco@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.

Business Hours for Order Processing & Support:
All return requests, cancellations, and customer inquiries are handled during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 11:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Emails received outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.
