Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

    • Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

    • To request a cancellation, please contact us at timberlinesurvivalco@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.


When will my order be processed?

  • Weekdays (Monday–Friday):
    Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Weekends (Saturday–Sunday):
    Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next available business day.


Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after processing. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, and tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.


Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee may apply for certain items.


What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will assist you in resolving the problem.

Yes! We only source high-quality survival foods designed for long shelf life and reliability.


Do you plan to expand your product selection?
Absolutely! While we currently focus on long-term food supplies, we plan to expand into other survival gear in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
